The method of using precast concrete components has been common since Roman times, and today it is generally used in landscaping and facade construction in Iran. Cova took an innovative approach to use this method to build full structures.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete walls and slabs.

Due to high rigidity of the walls in longitudinal direction, this combination acts alone as a resistant system against earthquake forces, and at the same time, it also has the duty of bearing dead and live gravity loads.

In the transverse direction, these walls together with the concrete slabs of the floors act as bending frame and take of the responsibility of bearing the lateral forces of earthquakes.
